Hi, my name is Daniel M. Czuba.
I have been in Real Estate for over 40 years. Seeing the many Happy people reflecting on how fortunate we were to connect and work together to achieve their housing or business goals.
Success is awakening every morning knowing I am alive and capable of making someone’s life better, including mine. I strive to learn something new daily. My wife Martha and I enjoy adventures together. We both share an inquisitive nature, and we are comfortable in our own skins. We match up quite wonderfully.
I’m not sure I am ready for what the future holds for us, however I have a wealth of memories in one of the greatest industries in business today. Where else can you enter people’s lives and help make a positive impact by doing the BEST job we can! It’s NEVER BEEN ABOUT THE MONEY – HOWEVER THE SATISFACTION OF DOING A JOB WELL DONE IS BEYOND WHAT MONEY CAN EVER PROVIDE.

Dan was able to sell the house and property at a much higher price than we would have thought of listing it for, we were able to get an above asking price offer which we accepted. It also had to be one of his quickest sales, the offer we accepted was on paper and signed in under 36 hours. My Husband and I were very impressed with Daniel And Associate’s Real Estate professionalism and response time. Dan, Idalia, Martha and Cora answered all of our questions and helped us deal with the myriads of issues that arise when selling and buying a home. Their aggressive marketing resulted in a steady stream of potential buyers which led to an acceptable offer. Cora was instrumental in arranging the open house and Martha provided valuable feedback after each showing. Idalia helped us find our new home. She went out of her way to be available and provide information and Insight into our selection. Even after the contracts were signed, Dan and his staff assisted with the inspection and appraisal issues. My Husband and I were both extremely pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. Given the beautiful home that they helped us find, however, we will probably not need their services anytime soon.
