My Husband and I were very impressed with Daniel And Associate’s Real Estate professionalism and response time. Dan, Idalia, Martha and Cora answered all of our questions and helped us deal with the myriads of issues that arise when selling and buying a home. Their aggressive marketing resulted in a steady stream of potential buyers which led to an acceptable offer. Cora was instrumental in arranging the open house and Martha provided valuable feedback after each showing. Idalia helped us find our new home. She went out of her way to be available and provide information and Insight into our selection. Even after the contracts were signed, Dan and his staff assisted with the inspection and appraisal issues. My Husband and I were both extremely pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. Given the beautiful home that they helped us find, however, we will probably not need their services anytime soon.

My husband and I have been looking for our dream retirement home for the past year. We had worked with three Realtors without any luck. Then we saw a listing by Daniel and Associates Real Estate. That's when we met Dan, the owner. We viewed the home on the outside and decided the area was not what we were looking for. Mr. Czuba called and asked what we thought of the listing. My husband told him it was not what we were looking for. Dan asked the question no other Realtor had asked; "what are you looking for?" My husband told him, and Dan directed us to our dream home. He is professional, personable and really listens to his clients. He worked for US, he didn't question my husband's offer; he was our agent representing our needs. Our daughter and son in law are thinking of relocating from Minnesota to West Chicago. Without a doubt, Dan will be their realtor. I would recommend him to everyone. A happy new home owner.

When we started looking to sell our home Dan was one of the three we met (interviewed realistically). First two had billboards all over the highways and they claimed to be top ten realtors in Illinois. They gave us pretty aggressive speeches on real estate market and appraised our house at low price. In fact, one of them wanted to start off 30k less than what our home was sold for later on. But when we met Dan, we felt the connection that he would get us the top price. During the whole process he was extremely helpful (one night he showed up at 11pm to fix some plumbing issues himself apart from helping here and there to make the house look more presentable to sell. Night before closing it was - 3F and he helped me load the truck to move furniture. All I can say that meet this guy before you list your home to sell. He will treat you with full respect. Three words describes him best " Honest, Helpful, Skilled"

I have used Dan to buy 2 properties in the past and am working with him now for a third. The first property was a 2 flat that Dan showed me and advised me on. We saw many possibilities but when he showed me the one I purchased (bank owned) he said it was a great deal and I could not lose. It has been 6 years and he was right. The second purchase was a commercial lot that was also bank owned. This transaction and the first transaction were seamless. Dan was always available. We are currently working with Dan to purchase a house for ourselves personally. I would not use anyone else. Dan has always been there when we needed him and he is always straight forward and honest. He is very knowledgeable and knows more about the real estate in the area than any one I have come across.

We were not able to sell our house the first year it was on the market so we decided to rent it out for a little while until the housing market got better. not ever having rented property out and living out of state we reached out to Daniel and associates after doing a property manager search. We could not have been happier during the 6 plus years they helped manage our property. Daniel walked us through the process and how they find tenants. After a couple of weeks Daniel sent us 3 different perspective tenants and told us which one he thought would be the best fit for out house. They took care of setting everything up so all we had to do was sign the paperwork. The entire time they managed our property they were there to answer any questions and would give us a call every few months just to check in and let us know how the tenants were taking care of the house. They made renting our house as easy and as non stressful as could be. I would highly recommend using Daniel and associates as a property manager. Their utmost professionalism and genuine care for our house made the process so easy. Thank you Daniel and associates for taking care of our house.
